Returns
Return eligibility depends on the items in your order. Where returns are accepted, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the same condition they were received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
How to start a return
- Contact us at maplenestshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.
- Ship the item back to us with tracking information.
- Once we receive your item, we verify its condition with our supplier.
- If the supplier confirms the item is in good condition, we will process your return or exchange within 7-14 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately, ideally with photos of the item and packaging.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Some items may not be eligible for return, as stated on the product listing or at checkout. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
Contact us before returning an item to ask about exchange options. Exchanges are processed once the return is verified and approved.
European Union returns and cancellations
If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchase goods online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods for any reason, unless an exemption applies.
After you notify us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.
We will refund eligible cancelled orders within 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation, but we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or receive evidence that you have sent them back.
For eligible cancellations, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery, if you paid for delivery. We are not required to refund any additional amount paid for express or premium delivery beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
